🛒 Ordering and Payment
1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Please allow one (1) additional business day for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 9 AM Pacific Time on Friday may not ship until the next business day.
2. What are the shipping rates and speeds?
Shipping rates and times vary based on location and order total. Standard Shipping is Free for orders over $75 in the Contiguous U.S. (5–7 business days). Express and Priority options are available for a fee, and specific rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
3. Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
No. Only one discount code may be used per order, and discount codes cannot typically be combined with other promotions or sales events.
4. Where do I enter a discount code?
You must enter the discount code before you proceed to checkout. It cannot be applied once your payment information has been processed.
5. Are non-Kindred Bravely items eligible for discounts?
No. Items from other brands ("Brands We Love") are not eligible for Kindred Bravely discounts, coupons, or promotions.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
6. What is the standard return window?
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
7. Is the return window extended for the holidays?
Yes. Orders placed from 10/15/2025 through 12/24/2025 can be returned or exchanged until 01/15/2026. This extension excludes Final Sale items.
8. What items are ineligible for return or exchange?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are not eligible. Additionally, items marked as Final Sale, gifts without a Kindred Bravely order number, and items received for free (giveaways) are excluded.
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Returns are complimentary (free) if you purchased with Checkout+ (Easy Returns). If you did not select Checkout+, you will be required to purchase a return label for $6.95.
10. How do exchanges work?
With Checkout+ (U.S. Customers), you can make unlimited exchanges within 30 days. Without Checkout+, we offer two complimentary exchanges for the same item (size exchange). Other exchanges require a $6.95 label purchase.
11. How long does it take to get a refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. The final timing depends on your financial institution.
